Privacy policy

Account: email, name and avatar via Google. Application: the text extracted from your CV, your profile, job posts and generated content, stored in your space. The file you upload (PDF, Word) is read in memory and then discarded: we keep no copy of it. Payment: handled by Stripe (we do not store your card). Usage: a log of sign-ins, pages viewed and actions in the service, described in the cookie policy.

Provide the service, manage your account, subscription and credits. Legal basis: performance of the contract and, where applicable, your consent.

OpenAI (AI processing), Supabase (data, authentication), Stripe (payment), Infomaniak (hosting in Switzerland). Some processing (OpenAI) may involve a transfer outside Switzerland/EU (United States), covered by contractual safeguards.

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete an application anytime and request account deletion at contact@talentflowcv.ch. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability.

Encrypted access (HTTPS), data restricted to your account only. As no system is infallible, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
