Refund policy

Billed in advance, cancellable anytime via the Stripe portal: no renewal, access kept until the end of the paid period.

As the service is digital content executed immediately, credits already used are non-refundable. By starting a generation you request immediate execution and waive the right of withdrawal for the executed part.

In case of double billing or a malfunction on our side, email contact@talentflowcv.ch: a pro-rata refund or goodwill gesture may be considered. No refund is due on the grounds that an application did not lead to an interview or hiring.
