Authentication session and preferences (language, theme). They require no consent: without them the service does not work.

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Data is pseudonymised, no advertising is served and advertising features are disabled. Until you accept, no Google script is loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of the page.

When you are signed in, we record your sign-ins, the pages you view, how long you view them and the actions you take in the service (for example the step reached in FlowPilot). This log is kept by TalentFlowCV without any third party; it is used to help you when something goes wrong, to detect abuse and to improve the service. It contains neither IP address nor typed content, is kept for at most twelve months and is deleted with your account.

The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline audience measurement. Declining has no effect on your access to the service. No data is sold to third parties.
